STAGE RUSSIA HD
Stage Russia HD is an intercultural project that films performances presented by the finest theater companies in Russia and distributes them, translated and subtitled, into cinemas, arts centers and universities across the globe.
We carefully curate the productions we choose to film, with a focus on works by visionary directors such as Rimas Tuminas, Kama Ginkas, Yury Butusov, Timofey Kulyabin, Dmitry Krymov and Viktor Ryzhakov. The idea is not only to share the films with cinema and streaming audiences, but also to preserve these remarkable pieces of art for posterity.
Stage Russia HD films have been presented in over a dozen countries across the globe and has been seen by tens of thousands of people eager to experience the uniqueness of these artists’ visions.
